Mizuho analyst Haendel St. Juste upgraded AvalonBay Communities to Buy from Neutral with a $230 price target. The analyst sees an attractive relative valuation and expects AvalonBay's 2020 adjusted funds from operations growth to accelerate to 7% on an improvement in occupancy and improved supply conditions in certain of its key markets.
