Piper Jaffray analyst Brett Wong downgraded American Vanguard to Underweight saying the stock is overvalued since the company is unlikely a takeout target. Further, consensus estimates for FY16 are too high as demand for American Vanguard's core corn soil insecticides is likely to remain soft, Wong tells investors in a research note. He raised his price target for the shares to $11 from $10.
