After the FTC ruled that ChemChina must sell three products to American Vanguard in order to obtain approval for its acquisition of Sygenta, SunTrust analyst James Sheehan estimates that the deal will increase American Vanguard's EPS by 10c-15c. The analyst says that the products will fit in well with American Vanguard's existing portfolio. He keeps an $18 price target and a Buy rating on the shares.
