After meeting with Avnet's CEO, SunTrust reports that Avnet says it plans to make acquisitions in the future, and the firm says it "senses" that the company is preparing for a "larger, more strategic" acquisition of a company that has faster growth and higher margins than its core business. SunTrust keeps a $51 price target and Buy rating on the shares.
