SunTrust believes that the pending April 1 spin off of Armstrong's ceilings unit could attract new investors to the stock. If this does not occur, the firm thinks that the ceilings unit could "quickly become" a takeover target for private equity firms. SunTrust keeps a $66 price target and Buy rating on the shares.
