SunTrust analyst Keith Hughes raised his price target on Armstrong World to $67 after a "mixed" Q4 earnings report, with "margin compression fears" assuaged by less dramatic decline in the "higher growth Architectural Specialties segment's margins". Hughes keeps his Buy rating on the stock, citing "hopes for a commercial renovation cycle spurred by tax reform". The analyst also notes that the Q4 report did not include the International business results, as the segment is expected to be sold to Knauf later this year.
