Cowen analyst Ryan Oatman upgraded Abraxas to Outperform saying asset sales and Bakken completions could provide incremental borrowing capacity. Further, the analyst sees potential upside from new concepts, and joint ventures in South Texas, the Delaware Basin and the Portilla field EOR project. Oatman raised his price target on Abraxas to $1.50 from $1.
