After the EPA issued a notice of violation to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCAU) for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act related to its 3.0 liter diesel engines sold in the U.S., Buckingham noted that American Axle (AXL) and Superior Industries (SUP) are among the auto suppliers it covers that are most exposed to Fiat. American Axle shares are down about 2.8% in morning trading, while Superior shares are down over 3%.
