Axiall (AXLL) upgraded to Outperform at Cowen by analyst Charles Neivert, who expects Westlake Chemical's (WLK) bid to be raised to at least $25, or Axiall will enhance a combination in the future. 2. Expedia (EXPE) upgraded to Overweight at Piper Jaffray with analyst Michael Olson saying the company's core business is perform well while its acquisition of HomeAway should drive EBITDA upside. Olson said the company's guidance for $350M of EBITDA from HomeAway in 2018 is "overly conservative." 3. Horizon Technology (HRZN) upgraded to Outperform at Oppenheimer by analyst Chris Kotowski who cited the company's "solid" Q4 results and "steady" dividend coverage. 4. Rogers Corporation (ROG) upgraded to Buy at B. Riley with analyst Juan Molta saying the company is positioned for a "solid" 2016. 5. SPX FLOW (FLOW) upgraded to Sector Perform at RBC Capital by analyst Deane Dray, who views risk/reward as more balanced with expectations reset following Q4 results and guidance.
