BWS Financial analyst Hamed Khorsand said AXT Inc. shares have been pricing in the delay of 3D sensing for several quarters and now the stock is priced as though all end markets have stopped consuming wafers. The analyst, who notes that the stock is now trading below its tangible book value of $4.73 a share, keeps a Buy rating and $10 price target on AXT Inc.
