Cowen analyst Jeffrey Osborne said his top idea for 2017 is Acuity Brands. The analyst remains bullish on the shares due to improving end market strength, significant opportunities in the retrofit market and stable growth in non-residential construction. Osborne reiterated his Outperform rating and $285 price target on Acuity Brands shares.
