Wedbush analyst Steve Koenig initiated Alteryx (AYX) with an Outperform rating and $72 price target. In a research note to investors, Koenig says Alteryx occupies a "sweet spot" in next-generation analytics, with a differentiated focus on data producers, and is a disruptive force in a large TAM of more than $19B, forging share gains and expanding the market for data preparation and data science platforms. Koenig believes concerns about emerging competition with Tableau (DATA) appear overdone.
