Wedbush analyst Seth Basham raised his price target for AutoZone to $740 from $680 after hosting meetings with management. The analyst came away increasingly optimistic on the near- and medium-term outlook, and believes investors overreacted to the company's SG&A growth guidance with Q3 results in May. Basham reiterates an Outperform rating on the stock and says the shares remain "on sale."
