Roth Capital analyst Chris Lewis says Natus Medical's 2016 outlook was "better than feared" after Q1 shortfall and remains positive on the company as he expects positive revenue growth, earnings upside potential, and strong cash generation. Lewis says that based on Natus Medical's modest full-year outlook revisions, it seems that Q1 may be more of a "one-time blip-on-the-radar." The analyst expects the company's emerging service offerings to support positive top-line growth going forward. Lewis reiterates a Buy rating and raised his price target on the shares to $40 from $39.
