JPMorgan analyst Felipe Dos Santos upgraded Braskem to Overweight saying the company's lenience agreement with Brazil's Public Minister and the U.S. Department of Justice removes the main overhang on the shares. The analyst views the current valuation as compelling and upped his price target for the shares to $21.50 from $17.
