BMO Capital analyst Sohrab Movahedi initiated Brookfield Asset Management with an Outperform rating and a price target of $54. The analyst expects the REIT to continue "attracting capital and generate recurring fee revenues in its asset management platform" based on its differentiated model. Mohavedi also sees momentum in capital deployment and institutional investors' increasing bias toward alternative assets potentially bringing upside to his estimates for Brookfield.
