Deutsche Bank analyst Mike Urban upgraded Basic Energy Services saying the company has emerged from Chapter 11 with a "sustainable cost structure and a significantly improved balance sheet." The analyst expects forecast customer spending to tick up in 2017 and raised his price target for the shares to $45 from 50c.
