Canaccord analyst Stephen Berman upgraded Bill Barrett to Buy and lowered its price target to $7 from $8 to reflect 2018 growth and attractive valuation. Barett sees strong 2018 growth, a solid liquidity position, and said shares are almost 50% from its 52-week high.
