After Build-A-Bear reported a "slight" revenue miss and lower than expected EPS, but also announced that its board has authorized a review of a full range of strategic alternatives, Craig-Hallum analyst Alex Fuhrman said he believes the review could set up a sale of the company, which he views as "attractive" target. Build-A-Bear has a low valuation, positive free cash flow, and major toy companies could "easily" finance such a purchase, said Fuhrman, who keeps a Buy rating and $24 price target on the stock.
