Piper Jaffray analyst Stephanie Wissink downgraded Build-A-Bear Workshop to Neutral and lowered her price target for the shares to $10.50 from $18 citing the company's "disappointing" Q4 results. The analyst feels a Neutral rating is appropriate given the redirection of entertainment spending, weekly volatility and overall declines in mall traffic.
