Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Brad Carpenter downgraded Bonanza Creek Energy to Hold saying the company's termination of its plan to divest its RMI subsidiary will overshadow the Q4 numbers. The analyst cut his price target for the shares to $2 from $6.
