Stifel upgraded Black Diamond to Buy following the Q4 report and the announcement it has hired two separate bankers to explore strategic alternatives. The firm believes the sum of the parts value for the company's 3 brands could be as high as $9.40 per share and views risk/reward as favorable. Stifel has a $9 price target on Black Diamond shares.
