Analyst Jim Duffy says he believes that, based on comments made at an investor event, BlackDiamond "is close to an acquisition of a profitable, cash generating company" that will allow Black Diamond to use its NOLs. The analyst thinks that such an acquisition would raise the stock's value to exceed $8, and he remains upbeat on its fundamentals.
