As previously reported, Wedbush analyst Jay McCanless upgraded Beacon Roofing to Outperform from Neutral and raised his price target on the shares to $70 from $52. Assuming the addition of Allied's pricing tools plus rising demand plus rising raw material costs for roofing equates to stronger pricing through the balance of FY18, the analyst is more positive on Beacon Roofing than before the Q1 EPS release.
