Wedbush analyst Jay McCanless downgraded Beacon Roofing to Neutral from Outperform with a $30 price target, telling investors in a research note that yesterday's investor day did not provide any new catalysts to raise EPS estimates or price target. McCanless says he views the shares as fairly valued at current levels.
