Needham analyst Sean Hannan upgraded Bel Fuse to Buy from Hold with a price target of $30 after meeting with its management. The analyst says the company is "seeing consistency in the improvement of its booking and backlog" which should result in a return to growth and some sustainability in its results. Hannan also sees Bel Fuse contribution margin at "healthy" levels and expects the positive momentum to return its margins "at least back to a general midpoint of its historical range".
