Barclays analyst Felicia Hendrix believes Belmond management is serious about exploring all available avenues to enhance shareholder value, including a potential sale. However, Hendrix said a scenario that does not result in a sale could result in downside and believes some shareholders may benefit from locking in some gains now given the A/B share structure. The analyst increased her net asset value estimate for Belmond to $18 from $17 and raised her price target on shares to $15 from $11, but maintains an Underweight rating especially given high expectations for the value of Belmond's real estate.
