Evercore ISI analyst Robert Ottenstein downgraded Brown-Forman to Underperform from In Line and established a $60 price target saying valuation "appears extreme." The analyst said comps due get easier over the next few quarters and does not see a catalyst for shares to move lower, but recommends investors lighten positions saying valuation is an "outlier."
