Sidoti analyst Joseph Mondillo downgraded Briggs & Stratton to Neutral from Buy and cut its price target to $17 from $31. Mondillo comments said customer Husqvarna Group reported a weak 2Q earnings report and plans to exit the consumer brands business by 2020, raising concerns for Briggs' retail engine business.
