Oppenheimer analyst Brian Bittner upgraded BJ's Restaurants to Outperform from Perform with a $52 price target ahead of the company's attendance at the firm's June 19 conference. The analyst sees an attractive entry point at current share levels. Since late August, shares have pulled back 45%, Bittner tells investors in a research note, but says he believes this reflects overblown fears of negative earnings revisions and tough same-store sales comparisons, but sees a path to achieve estimates through the end of 2020.
