Gabelli analyst John Tinker downgraded Barnes & Noble to Hold following the Board firing of CEO Ron Boire last night saying he was "not a good fit." The analyst said the firing is a major surprise as Mr. Boire hosted the recent investor meeting at which a new store strategy was officially announced.
