Nomura Instinet analyst Michael Wood upgraded TopBuild to Buy and raised his price target for the shares to $78 from $69. After meeting with management, the analyst expects "strong incremental margins" for TopBuild throughout an anticipated five-year up-cycle in residential housing. He sees a "long runway" for the company's internal initiatives to drive EBITDA.
