SunTrust analyst Keith Hughes raised his price target on TopBuild to $90 and kept his Buy rating after its "outstanding" Q1 earnings, saying the company overcame gross margin compression related to higher insulation costs. The analyst also anticipates some margin recovery in Q2 and for the rest of the year, as TopBuild's Q1 results were also constrained by adverse weather related production delays.
