Barrington analyst Alexander Paris kept his Outperform rating and $15 price target on Bridgepoint Education ahead of its Q4 results, saying that its new student enrollment should recover in the quarter. The analyst notes that the surprising shortfall in enrollment that resulted in heightened stock price volatility has been addressed. Paris also sees "incremental value unlocked for shareholders" of Bridgepoint Education in the event of a successful online program management, or OPM, transformation.
