Citi analyst Alastair Syme upgraded BP to Buy saying the "market remains too cautious" on the company's 2017-2019 outlook. BP is "simpler, better, cheaper" following its restructuring, Syme tells investors in a research note. He raised his price target for BP shares to GBP 4.10 from GBP 3.70.
