BMO Capital analyst Jeremy Metz downgraded Brixmor to Underperform from Market Perform with a $19 price target. The analyst sees risk to a "meaningful" recovery in earnings growth given the company's portfolio composition, the potential for increasing closures/retailer shake-out in the open air sector in 2020 and 2021, elevated capex needs, and potential for further asset sales.
