Analyst David Coleman says the company's purchase of the shares of Reynolds American (RAI) that it does not already own.will increase its exposure to quickly growing emerging markets and to the U.S. The analyst adds that the deal will enable British American to expand its R&D program and increase its share of the smokeless market. Target $72.
