Goldman Sachs analyst Louise Singlehurst upgraded Burberry to Neutral from Sell, noting that the stock has underperformed luxury peers by 10% over the last three months. While she continues to see downside risks, she also now sees a foreign exchange tailwind in FY20 and a discount to peers that warrants a rating upgrade, she said.
