Citi analyst Paul Lejuez downgraded Burlington Stores (BURL) to Neutral citing the stock's 30% year-to-date rally. Burlington's Q4 results were a reminder that it's still the third player in the off-price retail space behind TJX (TJX) and Ross Stores (ROST), Lejuez tells investors in a research note. The analyst keeps a $58 price target for Burlington shares.
