The analyst says the company is "well-positioned to capitalize on the favorable secular expansion for the off-price sector" and expects a comparable quality in same-store sales following a solid Q2 along with rising average unit retails and positive store traffic. Morris adds that Burlington Stores gross margin performance is attributed to the company's merchandising efforts and believes that its premium multiple is warranted given the "combination of growth potential and upside potential for improved operating performance".
