Baird analyst Mark Altschwager initiated Burlington Stores with an Outperform rating and $200 price target, saying recent performance has been choppy but sees Q1 as de-risked and views the CEO succession plan "very favorably." Though Burlington's valuation premium vs. peers is more in like with multi-year averages, Altschwager tells investors in a research note that he views the 12-month risk/reward as attractive at current levels.
