BMO Capital analyst Joe Levesque initiated Bellatrix Exploration with an Underperform rating and a price target of $1.90. The analyst says the stock is overvalued due to high debt levels, while the company also has a "bottom-tier leverage ratios and netbacks". Levesque adds that Bellatrix offers investors exposure to an E&P with high torque to benchmark gas prices, but adds that his view on gas prices in 2018-2019 is bearish.
