BofA/Merrill analyst Jeffrey Spector downgraded Boston Properties to Neutral and lowered its price target to $148 from $151 following a JLL survey that indicates US Class A CBD Office vacancy few +20% in Q3 to 12.2%. The analyst believes there could be an inflection occurring in CBD Office space and lowered Boston Properties' estimates slightly below the street to reflect a more challenging operating outlook.
