Jefferies analyst Jonathan Petersen upgraded Boston Properties to Buy and raised his price target for the shares to $139 from $132. The analyst sees an attractive entry point following the recent pullback in the shares. He believes the stock at current levels is underappreciating Boston Properties' expected earnings and revenue growth acceleration in 2019 and 2020.
