As previously reported, Evercore ISI analyst Steve Sakwa upgraded Boston Properties to Outperform and raised his price target to $142 from $136 to reflect last week's "collapse in bond yields". The analyst notes that outside of the broader benefits of lower interest rates on REITs, he is also positive on Boston Properties' exposure to the West Coast and Boston Markets, which continue to indicate limited supply risk over the next few years as well as strong demand and rent growth.
