Deutsche Bank analyst Carlo Santarelli says shares of Boyd Gaming offer "considerable upside" from current levels. Fundamental upside exists and should only be magnified should Boyd choose to unlock its real estate value through a sale leaseback or similar structure, Santarelli tells investors in a research note. He believes that unlocking the company's real estate value could drive 30%-45% upside potential in the stock. The analyst keeps a Buy rating on Boyd with a $25 price target.
