CACI
Jun 23, 2016 | 08:27 EDT
Citi analyst Jonathan Raviv said he sees CACI International shares coming under pressure after the company's FY17 sales and earnings guidance both fell short of expectations, noting that the stock has de-rated to about 10% free cash flow yield in the past when the company was perceived to have poor sales visibility and "an ill-advised M&A strategy." This equates to the stock slipping to near the $90 per share level, where it should find some support, Raviv explained. The analyst keeps a Buy rating and $111 price target on CACI shares, which are down about 6% to $93.50 in pre-market trading.
