Craig-Hallum analyst Anthony Stoss upgraded CalAmp to Buy from Hold as he believes the stock has found a bottom with its move lower in afterhours trading on the heels of the company's Q3 report and Q4 guidance. While he sees it likely taking about 3 more quarters for CalAmp to resolve the issues with its supply chain, he believes the expectation is factored in with the stock at historic lows, Stoss tells investors. He lowered his price target on CalAmp shares to $17 from $25.
