Needham analyst Edwin Mok upgraded Camtek to Buy and established a $7 price target after it completed the previously announced PCB divestiture. The analyst said Camtek has transformed into a pure play back-end semi inspection company and is better positioned to deliver more consistent and stronger growth than peers.
