Northland analyst Tim Savageaux downgraded Casa Systems to Market Perform from Outperform with a $7 price target after the company reported lower than expected Q3 results and reduced calendar 2019 guidance due to pushouts in cable upgrade orders and revenue recognition from wireless backlog being delayed by a request for additional features to be added on a large purchase order. He reduced his calendar 2020 estimates to reflect flattish core Cable performance, Savageaux added.
